Two beautiful lakes provide a perfect backdrop for our bed and breakfast facility. A short drive will take you to Vernon to the North or to Kelowna to the South. Kelowna and its surrounding areas are world-renowned for their tourist attractions. The area is an all-season playground featuring hiking trails, boating, vineyards and wine festivals, orchards, beaches, mountains and so much more.

Take Highway 97 to the Oyama Road turn off. Follow Oyama Road behind Wood Lake, taking the second turn to the left onto Middle Bench Road. Follow Middle Bench Road for approximately 1 mile to a crossroads with a stop sign. East Hill goes to the left, Middle Bench turn to the right and straight ahead is Talbot Road. Take Talbot Road. We are the 7th driveway on the left hand side. Large sign over the drive says Y-Knot Ranch the Tranfields.
